Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

The 2016 summer showed warmth offset by unseasonably cold nights and fog, resulting in greater acidity and firm tannins for a wine that combines lots of appealing fruit and elegance. The wine is aged for 17 months in 35% new, 20% one-year-old and 45% two-year-old barrels. 100% whole berries are fermented on native yeasts. This excellent vintage is enjoyable now and will reach full maturity within 15 years.
