Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

2018 proved to be a near perfect vintage in the Walla Walla Valley with ideal conditions, especially during harvest. This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from four exceptional vineyards farmed using techniques which are based on sustainability and environmental impact. The wine has a beautiful bouquet of cassis, black cherry, anise, with hints of umami, sweet herb and vanilla spice swirling up from the glass. Rich flavors of black current, black cherry, cocoa nibs, caramel, and a touch of spice coat the palate and lead to long lasting finish. Enjoy!
