The color is deep purple with ruby highlights. Blueberry jam compote with soy and miso undertone aromas are complemented by a brambly, cinnamon and a subtle meaty character. A very smooth mouthfeel glides into a long silky finish with flavors of juicy blueberry, hints of tobacco and subtle gamey undertones.
