Seghesio Chardonnay Sonoma + Santa Barbara + Napa Counties 2019

Hand-harvested at night and whole-cluster pressed while still cold into stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant fruit flavors. The Santa Barbra portion was then transferred to French oak barrels (25% New) and underwent 100% native yeast fermentation and malolactic fermention during its 11 month barrel aging. The Napa & Sonoma portions of the blend were fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the bright fruit and focused acidity of the wines.
