Description
Hand-harvested at night and whole-cluster pressed while still cold into stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant fruit flavors. The Santa Barbra portion was then transferred to French oak barrels (25% New) and underwent 100% native yeast fermentation and malolactic fermention during its 11 month barrel aging. The Napa & Sonoma portions of the blend were fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the bright fruit and focused acidity of the wines. The wines were blended after 14 months of aging and bottled at 18 months. Pair with roast chicken, creamy pasta dishes, and a hard cheeses

Our Chardonnay is sourced from carefully selected vineyards from some of Sonoma County’s cooler climate regions and blended with a small portion of Vermentino from our estate Keyhole Ranch Vineyard in the Russian River Valley.
